Booking Money – When a client wishes to purchase a plot or an apartment, they pay an initial amount to reserve it. This payment confirms their interest in the property and contributes to our revenue.
Down Payment – After the booking is confirmed, the buyer pays a larger amount known as the down payment, which goes toward the total cost of the property. This provides significant revenue for us.
Standing Installments – Buyers gradually pay the remaining amount in scheduled installments according to the agreement. These payments steadily add to our revenue over time.
Registration Fee – When the ownership of the property is formally transferred to the buyer, they pay a registration fee, which is required to legalize the transfer. This fee also contributes to our income.
